Oversea Purchasing Officer

Our client is a leading Automotive manufacturing company. The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for the purchasing of raw material and sourcing new supplier and for the following key functions: **Responsibilities**: - Sourcing new suppliers, both domestically and international to support production and sales requirements. - Acquiring market knowledge. - Conducting negotiations and implementing contracts. - Communicating details to the Production Department from overseas manufacturers to acquire consignment technical goods and parts needed to ensure production and delivery meets deadlines. - Maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers. - Improving efficiency & eliminating waste and defects, and, reducing costs. - Supporting the new model parts, cost breakdown also support localization project. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field. - At least 1-2 years of experience in Direct purchasing from any manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of oversea purchasing, cost breakdown, material planning and sourcing/negotiation procedures. - Specialist in sourcing new supplier for support localization project. - Possess excellent problem solving skills with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Good command of spoken and written English. **Benefit**: - Housing Allowance 1,000 THB/Month - Skill Allowance 1,000 THB/Month - Language allowance 500 - 2,000 THB/Month (Require TOEIC 700 up) - Diligent Allowance 300 - 500 THB/Month - Shuttle bus service** **(Bangsaen, Koh Chan) - Variable Bonus - Life insurance Our client offers an attractive benefits package, a challenging position, a good career path. **REFERENCE CODE**: EPU1200509
