Performance Marketing (E-Commerce)
Job Descriptions:
E-commerce Strategy and Execution• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy focused on driving online sales and customer acquisition.
• Partner with third-party platforms (e.g., Tmall, Lazada, Shopee) to optimize product listings, manage inventory, and enhance visibility.
• Ensure the efficiency and functionality of the e-commerce ecosystem, including website optimization, payment gateways, and logistics.
Marketing Analytics and Optimization• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing campaigns.• Use data insights to refine marketing strategies, improve product offerings, and enhance service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Lead cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to align on business objectives.• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
2-5 years of experiences in performance marketing or e-commerce with a preference for experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
Proficient in online media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok) and CRM tools.
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and e-commerce analytics platforms.
