Performance Marketing Manager

Drive cross-functional projects across product, analytics, marketing and partnership teams. Extend the boundaries of performance by engaging in experimental activities and providing thought leadership/roadmaps to both internal teams and external vendors regularly. The Must-Haves Bachelors degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors. Deep understanding in measurements (broader industry changes e.g. IOS14.5, Facebook AMM, multi-platform tracking), underlying building blocks (attribution windows/models, events, payload params) and marketing mix optimization will be critical. 5-6 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel. Strong commercial sense, creativity and agility to exploit business opportunities. Track record of driving performance marketing across Southeast Asia. Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. SQL/JS/Python) is highly valued. Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude.
