Personal Butler

We are seeking for a highly professional and service-oriented Personal Butler to work at a Private Luxury Residence in Chidlom. Looking for someone who thrived in a high-end, personalized service environment and passionate in experiences for guests.

1. Experience & Background

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a butler, personal valet, or senior service professional in a luxury hotel, private estate, or luxury yacht (will be a plus)

• Proven track record of delivering high-level personalized service to VIPs, UHNWIs, or dignitaries

• Formal training in hospitality, hotel management, or butlering (preferred: recognized butler school certification)

2. Skills & Knowledge

• Deep understanding of formal service styles (silver service, butler service, buffet, tray service)

• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, mixology, and cigar service

• Household management skills: wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, table settings, floral arrangements

• Familiarity with luxury brands, gourmet cuisine, and international protocols

3. Personal Attributes

• Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to confidentiality

• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards

• Polite, poised, and diplomatic demeanor under all circumstances

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

4. Communication & Language

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked

5. Flexibility & Availability

• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and travel as required

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods; capability to handle luggage or light household duties when necessary

6. Technical & Administrative Competence

• Confident with household technology, smart home systems, and office applications (emails, calendars)

• Capable of liaising with household staff, vendors, and external service providers professionally
