**Personal Loan Manager** Our client is a leading company in leasing in Thailand. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to become a key player of their team. **Job Summary**: - Set up personal loan business (supervise whole companys operation as expert for personal loan business) - Supervision/advice to all relevant departments (e.g. Credit, Collection) operation set up based on knowledge and experience in personal loan business - Planning and implementing personal loan marketing strategy and activities (e.g. customer segmentation, targeting) - Supervise and conduct personal loan sales activities/operation - Setting up sales operation (create operation standard, train sales person etc) - Conduct sales activities (including role as a salesperson where necessary) - Conduct any other project/task assigned by the supervisor **Job Specification**: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields - At least 5 years in personal loan business - At least 5 years in sales and marketing or related fields. - Fluent in English - Experience in leading new projects is an advantage - Good Analytical skill, Strong leadership, Teamwork oriented - Superior communication and inter-departmental coordination skill - Basic knowledge of IT system (able to provide a requirement as a user / IT technical knowledge is option)
