Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Issue production plan document in accordance with the delivery order schedule of each client from the Customer Service team. 

•  Materials stock checking with ensuring that materials level is enough for the production. 

• Ensure machinery capacity and availability including mold readiness meeting with the production plan. 

• Issue production plan for management approval and submit the plan to the production team. Coordinate with customer service with ensuring products on time delivery to the clients. 

• Working closely with other involves departments in problem solving which might happened as a cause of shipment delay, negotiating a new products delivery date changing and or outsourcing production when the production capacity is not enough etc. 

• Coordinate with Production department for production order according to the plan. Daily checking to ensure achieving the production timeline target.

• Ensure the production order has been completely finished and closing with the targeted order and raw materials using on schedule. 

• Manage day to day problem solving in the product process with all related sections to ensure the production would be achieving the plan on time and able to deliver product based on the customers demand. 

• Ensure good quality of products as well as being a Coordinator with all related parties for resolving rework issues. 

• Handle Mold editing and making for Mold shop to be well prepared for the production. 

• Follow through the operating procedures, standards of quality and food safety management systems.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer, Engineering or related field

• Production Planning experience 3-5 years

• Standard knowledge of ISO15378, HACCP ,GMP and 5s.

• Basic knowledge of using computers MS Office and Knowledge in SAP program

• Good command of speaking, read and writing English

• Experience working from plastic or other packaging industry in Production planning, Material forecast (MRP), Capacity assessment (production utilization, WH storage capacity)

• Able to work under pressure, Hardworking, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines.
