Urgently seeking a process design manager. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies like automated machinery, control systems, and innovative production processes within the manufacturing plant. This role demands expertise in machine design, process engineering, and leading a team of engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree or degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in machine design, process engineering, and automation system development in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in designing, manufacturing, and installing industrial machinery.
- Demonstrated experience in improving manufacturing processes and automation systems within the manufacturing industry and related fields.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience with Die Cut, Flexo, or Slotter Scorer machines is a significant plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn new things, ability to work two Saturdays per month, and willingness to be based in Chiang Mai.
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Salary: Up to 100K
