Product Manager (Remote)

**Product Manager (Remote)** As one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in South-East Asia, one of our partners is building a new product team with 4 positions available! All roles are 100% remote working, and you will need to be able to bridge between the technical and business sides of product development. You will get to own the roadmap, develop the product from conception to launch, and work closely with the marketing and engineering team while working across multiple countries. **What You Will Be Doing** - Understanding our customers! Use it as a foundation to deliver values through our product. - Work with Marketing Managers and Country Heads to develop new mechanisms and product strategies. - Assess and explore all solutions and provide the right recommendations and plan to the senior management. - Strong understanding of customer experience, able to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growth - Work closely with our engineers, researchers, and operations team to help determine the best solution and implementation schedule. - Own the product roadmap, lead the delivery of the marketing tech team, be responsible for shipping with speed and quality, as well as mentor a team over time. - Own the targets/KPIs for customer affordability and increase customer retention. **What You Wont Be Doing** - Assigning works to developers and chasing them for updates - Creating product backlog made up of random requests - Deciding technology to use in implementation - Technical software testing work **What We Will Provide You** - Self-organizing team of experts where you play an important role to drive the team towards team goals - A diverse organization with cross-functional teams where you can plot long term career goals - Hybrid working policy, you can work from the office, your home, or anywhere **Who We Are Looking For** - At least 4 years of product management experience creating products with software developers in the E-commerce / Consumer tech industries - Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy - Experienced in data analysis and various lean testing methods - Must also have strong financial analytical capabilities that are used to further develop informed product strategies and improve product performance. - Past experience in marketing is advantageous.
