Product Technical Support

**Description** - Learn company products, technical information to support sales team and customers. - Communicate with customer to understand customer requirements or issues. - Coordinate with sales projects to support all data, documents about product. - Support sales team or customer to solving technical issues until finish. - Support the quality service by providing technical corrective trainings mainly focused on fitting instructions & repair tips. - Provide product troubleshooting guidelines. - Provide training and product technical support for related team and customers. - Support or participate to marketing events such as trade shows, exibition and other marketing events. Other task as assigned by manager. *บริษัทฯ มีการสอบวัดระดับความรู้Product knowledge test เพือใชในการประเมินผลการทํางานทุกไตรมาส้* **Qualification** - High Vocational or Bachelor Degree in flied of Electrical, Electronics - 1 year experience in electrical field would be advantage. - Good command of PC literacy and Microsoft office. - Good communication in English. - Ready to learn new things and fast learning. - Service mind and good coordination with other people. - High responsibility, Enthusiastic, Proactive, Good attitude, Self-discipline. - Have a car driving license. **Salary**: ฿20,000.00 - ฿26,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - บางนา, กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - High Vocational Certificate (required) **Experience**: - Electrical: 1 year (required) - customer support: 1 year (required)
