JOB DETAIL

-To plan, organizes and control production in an organization (Car Multimedia Production) to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and on standards. -To implement and control the production schedule. -To manage human and material resource to meet the production targets. -Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. -Monitor quality standards of products. -Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objective. -Prepare and maintain production report. -Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. -To set and manage production budget. -Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including Quality, Engineer, supporting division and management. -Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelors degree in Engineer IE, Electrical, Electronic, ME - 5+ years in Electronic Assembly production in the automotive field is a must. - Intermediate level of English OR Chinese - Experience in Supervisor level or above - An understanding of Health and Safety. - Ability to communicate clearly with staff and all levels.
