Project Coordinator (Work Site Control) - SOURI

Job descriptions

• Manage our teams project timelines and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

• Search for a quality supplier and have new ideas to meet customer needs.

• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.

• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Perform other assigned tasks professionally.

• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports systematically.

• Work Site Control in construction is the management and control of the work environment to be orderly, safe and efficient with the aim of making the work run smoothly, reducing risks and increasing the quality of the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field.

• Direct site working experience; experience in food & beverage shop site controlling will be an advantage.

• Excellence in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

• Dynamic, can-do attitude & able to work under pressure with super minimal vision.

• Good organizing, managing, communication skills with result orientated under tight timeline.

• Able to travel and work upcountry.

• Valid driver license and have own transportation will be advantage.

• Able to flexible hours for working after the department store closed.

• Great team player and willing to support each other with growth mindset.

• Can work at night . (Flxible hour/Compensate)
