Project Manager 6 positions on site BTS Ari

Location : BTS Ari

Type: Contract 6 months with renewal

This role is leading a team on small project or segment of a larger project to deliver solutions to a client within project charter, project agreement or contract as well as corporate guidelines and legal requirements. Project size is defined by total cost, size complexity and project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables​

• Gather detail and document requirements​

• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams​

• Monitor progress and report status, risks, and issues​

• Manage vendors (if applicable)​ - Support testing, go-live, and project documentation​ - Ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and quality

• Lead the project team, manage, prioritize the project implementation to ensure the on-time delivery, the overall quality and system functionality

• Strong project and time management skills

• Collaborate with all stakeholder of both internal and external for fixing problems to deliver the best solution

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal business users in solution/service development

• System & software project management

• Develop plan for a small project or segment of larger complex project. 

• Develop Work Break-down Structure (WBS) 

• Estimate required schedule, time, cost and resources. 

• May include translation of client requirements into plan to cumulate in client acceptance of results. They are expected to adapt to client requirements.

• Provide day-to-day direction to the project teams.

• Develop and maintain project plan. 

• Provide regular project status updates. 

Qualifications:

• Strong Experience in Project management (Minimum 7 - 8years experience in PM)

• Project Management Skills, Project Management Tools (MS Project, JIRA, Click Up, etc.), Negotiation Skills, Stakeholder Management Skills

• Very good in communication and management cross-border resources

• Experience in manage IT projects

• Able to work under high pressure environment
