Project Manager (Core Network)

Our client_ _is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. The project manager is responsible for project management of progress, cost, and quality according to the contract. The project manager would be a liaison with all key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: - Building project organization and managing the project team to achieve project goals. - Preparing project delivery plan and control progress. - Establishing the quality & EHS standards as well as control process, and ensure delivery Quality & EHS satisfaction. - Developing and managing project budget, improve project profitability by optimizing cost and exploring new opportunities. - Identifying and managing the project risk through project lifecycle. - Developing project governance model and design conflict & decision-making process internally and externally. - Setting up change management procedures and manage project scope. - Bachelors Degree majoring in Engineering or any related field. - More than 5 years working experience in core network. Familiar with telecom products and standards. - Familiar with at least one domain of core network such as IMS, CS, SPS, PS. - More than 3 years project management/TD experience in telecom industry. - Familiar with E2E project delivery process including project plan making, cost prepare, resource management, income trigger, etc. - Extensive knowledge and experience in professional project management methodologies. - Good negotiation and budget control skill. - Good spoken and written in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
