Project manager should have abilities and experience of Design Management, Construction Management and Budget Estimate in the areas of hotel field both of renovation and new construction projects. Project manager have to plan, manage, coordinate, interaction and working closely with our Hotel Project Development and Construction Team, our properties, Designer, Contractor and supplier to achieve project completion on time and on budget and to ensure compliance with Minor Hotel Standards and as per VP assignments. **Qualifications**: - To plan and manage schedule of renovation or new construction projects as per approved budget and time represent to VP. - Direct and manage project from start to end. - Develops, control, adjust and coordinate to make effective action plan and timeline. - Pre-Approves drawings and construction documents. - Monitors general progress and prepares status reports. - Updates and maintains current status of projects database and document report to VP. - Prepare and develops punch lists for completed construction work and close-out construction documents to ensure effectively and timely completion within budget parameters. Additional Information - Design and construction planning skill. - Understanding of Construction management, Drawings and construction documents. - Material, furnishing and hotel related products knowledge. - Convinces and persuades others to work on time. - Good communication in English. - Good in AutoCAD, MS Project and offices and other necessary PC programs. - Leadership Skill.
