 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading New Project development of own projects and sub-ordinates projects following APQP procedure from Start of Development until Start of Mass production.

• Ensuring timing is kept, product specifications are met, profitability is at target level, parts are ready for mass production while leading to achieve successful projects and technical results.

• Support Quotation preparation, budget preparation and well control, support Marketing promotion, VE/VA to customers.

• Coordinating with Supply chain, Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing, R&D Center, Suppliers and Customers.

• Responsible to achieve the target Project payback rate; actively support the KAM to achieve the target profitability of the part.

• Provide CAD service such as CAD data analysis and data processing, checking fixture and production tooling design.

• Contribute Marketing/VAVE promotion and innovation to customers.

• Support technical contract review according to norm.

• Responsible for the Project Management to Create APQP schedule, Organize APQP meeting, Manage and Follow-up Stage gate, Organize project phase review meeting, Negotiate and agree specifications (tolerances, planning, etc.) with customer and internal organization.

• Validate and maintain Product Information Database, Manage product master database and BOM (Bill of Material) in SAP, Create and control Technical Product Specification (TPS), Manage the product master data in SAP system.

• Understand and Implement basic requirement of IATF 16949 , ISO140001&45001

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any related field.

• Experience in project management in Automotive manufacturing business.

• Leadership skills can provide guidance in the function to project team and subordinate.

• Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with project team, suppliers, customers and sub-ordinates.

• Analytical skills and experience in problem solving method.

• Communication skills and experience in communicating with project team, suppliers, customers and sub-ordinates.

• Speak fluent in Chinese.

• Knowledge in IATF 16949 basic requirements.

• Knowledge in APQP , PPAP procedure.

• Basic CAD knowledge.
