Reporting to the General Manager, you will be working with an international hotel and resort company with the view to further promotions within the group. **Resort Manager** - US$ Negotiable with expat conditions and a 2-Year contract - Responsible for an Exclusive Island Resort with Wold Class standards **Matrix**: - Location: Indian Ocean - Star Rating: Exclusive 5-Star Luxury - Background: EAM, RM or GM level - Key Factors: Luxury & focusing on Guest Services - Language required: English & preferable another European language **YOUR expertise**: **Have worked for companies such as Laucala, Aman, Huka Lodge, Cheval Blanc, The Brando or One and Only** - Resort specialist with impeccable operational background to benchmark standards & services - Opening and Indian Ocean experience highly regarded - Strong business acumen and super luxury resort experiences - Pushing the boundaries of excellence in client, employee & guest experience - Impeccable understanding of rooms & F&B operations - Managing peoples culture & mentoring team - Understanding of water sport activities, wellness services & quality standards Application question(s): - Do you speak 2 European languages? **Experience**: - EAM, GM or Resort Manager background (required) - Island or Remote living experience (required)
