Risk Management Department Manager

**Thai Union Group Public Company Limited** **Position: Risk Management Department Manager** **Job Responsibility** **Supports Assistant General Manager - Group Risk Management and Internal Control** - Establish the risk management policy, framework, manual to be applied in the risk management process - Promote awareness of the risk management importance through communication and development of a common understanding of the risk management process throughout the organization for acknowledgement and implementation. - Provide advice and guidance about the implementation of risk management to subsidiaries management and employees, including the arrangement of risk management training sessions for the management and risk owners as appropriate. - Gather information of mitigation controls - Gather risk information and monitor changes of group risks which are a result of risk identification, analysis, assessment performed by risk owners, or information received from the internal audit department, or information on changes in internal or external factors that affect the goals and objectives as well as mitigation controls - Provide action and support to ensure consistent compliance with risk management process, such as arranging risk assessment workshop. **Act as a risk manager for Thai Union Feedmill PCL (TFM) to implement enterprise risk management (ERM) according to the policy, framework, manual **(**Require** travel to TFM Samutsakorn 5 days/month)** *** **Job Specification** **Education** - Bachelors degree in business or strong analytical related fields i.e., Accounting, management, economics, engineer. - Knowledge in risk management, internal control, business continuity plan, project management **Experience**: - Experience in enterprise risk management, or internal audit, or internal control or strategy planning > 2-3 years - Experience in project management and training - Experience and knowledge in food industry and OEM **Benefits and Welfare**: - Bonus - Provident Fund - Annual health check program - Group insurance - Medical allowance - Other allowance (Company policy) - Expense allowance and pension allowance - Uniform - Training Course - Travelling allowance / Recreation activities - Travelling allowance / Recreation activities **Work Date**: Monday to Friday **Work Location**: Office Bangkok: 979/12 M Floor, S.M.Tower, Phaholyothin Road,Phayathai Sub-district, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400 **Contact**:66(0) 61 386 4324
