Which makes this an incredibly exciting time to become part of the team. **Your day to day** To support the growth in our region, with a large number of hotels opening over the next 12-24 months, drive aggressive ramp up performance of hotels recently opened, and secure strong commercial recovery with our operating estate, the role of Sales Activation Manager has been created for South East Asia & Korea (SEAK) and will be based in Bangkok. This role is responsible for ensuring that hotels build and sustain strong sales foundations and fundamentals, through the utilization and embedding of common sales and commercial tools, processes, and procedures. Reporting into the Commercial Director of New Hotel Openings, you will manage the onboarding and sales activation for new hotel openings and conversions, and support hotels newly opened and established hotels optimise Sales performance to drive results. **What we need from you** To be successful in the role the following will be highly regarded **Educational**: - Degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing or Business desired **Skills & Experience** - You will be able to demonstrate external industry knowledge and continuous learning, keeping up to date with current trends - International hotel brand strategic sales and marketing experience - Experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing in a senior management role - Clear project management capability - Has experience participating in an industry task force - Has a deep understanding of the markets and the context of operating in a diverse region - Strong impact and influence skills - Ability to read, write and speak English is essential **What we offer** In return, well give you a competitive benefits package including salary, discounted accommodation worldwide and the opportunity to progress your career with IHG.
