Sales Opportunity Development: Take the initiative to identify, promote, and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products. This involves actively pursuing potential clients and exploring new avenues for business growth. 2. Business Growth: Focus on achieving the desired growth in business volume, as outlined in the Companys sales and income budget. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit customers to maintain strong relationships and gather valuable feedback. This includes soliciting their opinions on the effectiveness of our products, services, and support, as well as gathering relevant market information. By excelling in these areas, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales performance and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: **As part of our team, your responsibilities will include**: - Promoting the companys products and maintaining service standards within the assigned industries and customer base, as agreed upon. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and business connections. - Negotiating and managing business development and sales activities. - Proactively investigating and regularly updating market intelligence relevant to the assigned products and business area. - Following up on sales routine tasks and ensuring their timely completion. **Required Qualifications**: **To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications**: - Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related discipline. - 2-3 years of direct experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Agrochemical or Petrochemical industry (a plus). - Strong sales acumen and self-motivation. - Good command of both written and spoken English. - Familiarity with working in an ISO Standard environment. - Must have own transportation with a valid driving license and be willing to travel throughout the country. - Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. **Only Thai residents need to apply.** **More Jobs**
