**Industry**: Manufacturing(Machinery) - ** Job Description**: - Pro-active sales responsibility for development of a predefined customer portfolio - Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships - Consultative selling of products through regular virtual visits, utilizing video/telephone or digitalize, to enrich turnover/market share needs, and requirements. - Assess of customer needs and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers. - Develop necessary levels of knowledge regarding decision makers and requirement of focus customers. - Achieve milestone targets with customers. - Ensures that the customer data are correct and kept up-to-date in the information systems used by CRM (Kintone) - Engages in contract renewals, price negotiation, and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business - Provides reports on all relevant activities and developments relating to its customer groups - Creates of an overall action plan to ensure achievement of targets - Develop proactive action plans on the defined KPIs and targets, in consultation with manager and director - Development of competitive advantage with focus on process efficiency and customer benefits. - Identify and verify future trends of customers and secure to updated of information to the company. - Support the market development through identification of additional business opportunities - ** Requirement**: - 【Must】 ‐ Male or Female, Thai national, Age 25-40 - Bachelor Degree - Minimum 2-3 years in sales experience - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) - Good command of English - Have driving license 【Advantage】 - Have sales experience in industrial products or relevant business - ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level - ** Other Language**: English, Japanese - ** Working Hour**: 8.30 ~ 17.30 - ** Holiday**: - Sat,Sun - Public holidays - ** Benefit**: - Five days working (Mon-Fri) - Performance bonus and Company Turnover - Travel Allowance (Milledge, Toll Fee, or Business trip assigned) - Car Maintenance Fee - Annual Medical Health Check - Company provided Cell phone with sim card - Employee development training completion of annual period (Max)15 days & can carry overall amount to next fiscal year (Finish by 2 years)
