We are looking for experienced sales professionals proficient in core sales functions like account management, territory sales, industry verticals, or specialized solutions. The role entails meeting revenue and expense targets, resolving client issues, and engaging in crucial negotiations with key customers.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in account planning, aligning sales tactics with corporate objectives, managing sector-specific business plans, and ensuring consistent progress tracking. Responsibilities include overseeing pipeline health, monitoring win/loss ratios, and ensuring deal integrity and compliance with internal processes.
Driving strategic sales initiatives to boost market share and profitability, the successful candidate will utilize competitive intelligence to shape account strategies. Through consultative selling, they will identify and advance long-term opportunities, fostering strong relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
Directly engaging with C-level executives, the candidate will tailor solutions to meet client requirements. Keeping abreast of industry trends, they will convert client challenges into actionable strategies, collaborating across functions to deliver value-driven outcomes.
Additionally, the role involves business management tasks such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enhancing sales operations. The individual will collaborate to allocate resources effectively, optimize deal structures, and prioritize high-value opportunities for long-term success.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years experience in sales, with increasing responsibility and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Proven track record in managed services or complex solution selling is preferred.
Experience carrying a Total Contract Value (TCV) quota of over USD 8 million annually is desirable.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business goals into practical sales strategies.
Solid experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and budget control.
Demonstrated success in building and managing senior-level client relationships, including C-level engagement.
Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of industry trends, client challenges, and competitive dynamics.
Ability to manage profitability across deals, including pricing strategy, discount management, and operational efficiency.
High level of business acumen and ability to align internal resources toward customer-focused outcomes.
