Sales Manager (Water Treatment)
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell water treatment systems and chemical solutions to industrial clients, factories, or related sectors.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate technical recommendations for water treatment systems and chemicals.
Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering, service, and other internal teams to support system implementation and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit records, and follow up on project status regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the water treatment or chemical industry.(Emphasis is placed on chemicals used to treat water).
Basic technical knowledge in water treatment systems such as RO, UF, Softener, DI, or chemical treatment processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel to customer sites as required.
Strong command of English
Able to communicate and report effectively, both written and verbal
Proficient in Thai and English for both internal and external communication
