Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading global distributor of Medical Devices. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their devices to their customers. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product portfolio. Oversee and control the complete sales and marketing operations of the designated team to reach objectives within the allocated budget. **Responsibilities** - Formulating and articulating a comprehensive business plan and marketing strategy aligned with the global strategies outlined by the clients. - Monitoring and managing all expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget mutually agreed upon with the clients. - Delivering monthly reports, business reviews, and market opportunity analyses to the client, focusing on product and market development. - Monitoring and motivating the team to maximize productivity and teamwork. - Driving key staff to implement key strategies and tactics according to the plan. - Setting incentive scheme for the overall sales team with prior approval by the client and managing performance evaluation. - Supervising stock management by the agreement established between the client and the company. - Strengthening and/or maintaining close relationships with key customers. - Developing and controlling the implementation of territory management, sales force effectiveness call management analysis and project development/initiatives. **Qualifications** - Bachelors Degree in related fields. - Masters Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
