Built on top of this, we provide an employee communication platform, called Eko, aimed at allowing enterprises to reach all of their staff, no matter their size, location, industry or distribution of staff. **Your impact**: - As a Scrum Master in AmityEko you are considered a lead of the development team that you are managing. This means end-to-end ownership of the software implementation, from backlog to the entire life cycle of the products. The impact of the work shaped by your hand and your team, will be visible through direct customers feedback, and measurable business results. **Your team**: - You will be working with an Agile team of developers (iOS/Android/Web/Backend), QA, Scrum master, DevOps and Product Designer in order to deliver business goals and most importantly solve customer pain points. **Your day-to-day responsibilities**: - Facilitate and guide the agile development teams into an effective delivery unit with Scrum process including daily Scrum, sprint planning, demo and retrospective. - Ensure cross-team coordination. Reach out to the larger company network for risk removal. - Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally within the Scrum team and with product, design, and business stakeholders, and externally with clients when needed. - Track and communicate issue and project status. - Help facilitate the team in task estimation, planning, and technical discussion. - Track the team velocity, and maintain the right balance to keep the team healthy. - Must be flexible to adapt to the different agile maturity levels within the organization and be able to adapt approaches to leverage waterfall/agile methodologies. - Assist product manager in managing backlog. Ensure tickets are well defined and actionable. - Assist product manager in product documentation and limitation. - Promote a collaborative and fun working environment, along with pushing the team to achieve engineering best practices. **Your ideal profile**: - Product or team management background is a plus; talents interested in transitioning to this role may also apply - Experience in software development, agile environment, and managing B2B product would be a plus - Has some experiences in exemplifying and promoting Agile values and principles - Tech savvy who understands the basic concepts of API, SDK, Microservices, Data engineering, CRM, and Integrations - Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail along with exceptional command of English - Has Scrum Master certification is highly preferred **Whats in it for you**: LI-NT1 LI-HYBRID C
