Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain departmental files, databases, and documentation systems.
  • Prepare and compile regular reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of team activities and internal events.
  • Ensure all departmental resources and materials are up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Handle general office tasks such as mail distribution, car bookings, and other logistical support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the department.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Property Management and the wider team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
