**Senior Associate** Our client is a leading multinational law firm in Thailand. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to become a key player of their team. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for providing legal opinions and technical advice to clients business and industry - Client service skills across cultures and seniority levels - Motivated to network and develop client relationships with track record of business development (including invitations to pitches and requests for proposals) - Initiates and manages projects proactively while prioritizing assignments - Financially focused and efficient - Align with business strategy and ambitious to grow career **Qualifications**: - Licensed Thai Lawyer with 5+ years experience working in a law firm in Corporate with expertise in Foreign Business Licenses and all BOI related matters and related laws - Expertise in Corporate and regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, M&A, legal and land due diligence, factory licenses and IEAT permits is an advantage - Excellent academic background from a Top University is preferable - Foreign qualifications and/or LLM is desirable - Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Thai
