Senior Associate, Customer Lifecycle

Location: **Thailand** - Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- We are looking for a growth marketing project manager to lead initiatives to drive the best E2E user journey for our customers. The Customer Lifecycle Management team is embedded within our User Growth Operations team and drives impact through regular AB testing of onsite products, and optimizing user touchpoints to improve user acquisition and retention. We are seeking a talented professional who thrive at the intersection of data, product, and marketing. Join us in creating the best user experience for all our users. - Design/Participate Lazada App user growth & retention strategy according to market competition analysis/insight, leverage internal/external resources, coordinate cross channel/product/marketing function team to implement the strategy - Identify source of retention and efficiencies in current user funnel through strategic thinking and analysis - Drive onsite growth funnel focusing on user & buyer retention and loyalty through analytics and A/B testing, identifying key bottlenecks, design go-to-market strategy and execute to the last mile - Set up AB tests, campaigns and promotion schemes - Scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode**Job Requirements** - Min 3-4 years of working experience with a bachelors degree in business/finance/marketing/economics or related fields. Consulting, user growth, performance marketing background is a plus. - Knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management, gamification and having incremental value driven mindset is desirable - Proficient in MS Excel (SQL skill is a big plus), also happy to deal with numbers of operational executions/ System/ Dashboard - Logical and has strong organizational and communication skills, able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile - Independent and self-driven, continuous breakthroughs and innovations - Excellent Thai & English
