Senior Client Consulting Manager
Cultivate relationship with Visas clients and partners - Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants & Fintech firms, by being strategically focused, optimize client performance and implement recommendations in areas of customer life cycle management, and new product development and launches. Drive client conversations, business development, including executive meetings to secure strategic projects, assessing client needs, proposing relevant VCA services, scoping and pricing, and confirming new projects. Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visas rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions. Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives, promoting solutions with external clients and executing as well as delivering the consulting engagement to clients. This role reports to the geographic Head of VCA, Thailand. This position is based at Bangkok, Visa office. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. Qualifications. Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in retail banking or financial services consulting, with most of the time spent in cards and payments, and/or closely related industries. Deep experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management. Strong Digital know-how and experience. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with excellent project management skills. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinker with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization. Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently. Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, as well as proven ability to generate insights from data, make actionable recommendations, and possess the tenacity to implement. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI. Solutions-focused mindset. Previous experiences in Fraud and Credit Risk Strategy, Digital Strategy will be an added advantage. Additional Information Visa has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy.
