**Job Description**: **Job Descriptions**: - Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns for flights. - Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point. - Work closely internally with Business Development team to establish channel strategy (external party). - Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand Enhance the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion. - Constantly engage with Product team to enhance the user experience. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor Degrees in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or any related field - Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy for 2-3 years - Understanding marketing trends and having passionate in airline business - Excellent at English and interpersonal skills - Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time **We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
