As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** **MAIN DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES** **Client: - ** - Cedants / Insurance Companies_ - Strategy setting and providing solution for supporting team members in order to win businesses. - Fac broking placement to allocate risk to professional local and overseas reinsurers. - Seek the competitive quotations for the new and renewal business. - Analyze cedants portfolio result in order to provide the best benefits. - Develop all aspects of cedants relationship to maintain quality of service. - Act on cedant behalf to negotiate with local and oversea reinsurers in order to providing the best terms and conditions to cedant - Provide technical advice and value added to the clients - Secure monthly renewal accounts. - Control premium booking input and central documentation i.e. R/I Closings, H/C Letter, Statistics at the close booking date of each month in order to meet budget and compliance - Operation controller of team - Monitor team members to implement and achieve Aon policy on both budget and compliance - Maintain and develop good relationship with reinsurers in order to increase bargaining power - Maintain close relationship among Aon segments for referral of businesses - Comply and implement all of Aon non-negotiable policies Reinsurer: - Review portfolio result for mutual benefit - Maintain and develop good relationship with reinsurers in order to increase bargaining power Portfolio - responsible for maintaining and growth of both the existing and new portfolio **Management;** - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals. - Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Bachelors degree or higher, preferable in Insurance or Risk Management - At least 8 years experience in insurance industry - Good in spoken and written English - Good interpersonal & communication skills - Highly Motivated, Team-player - Strong Analytical capabilities - Ability to make Client presentations - Non-Life Insurance Certificate **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
