Senior Manager, Head of PMO (Im B2B)
Develop marketing strategies for B2B, organize Partners/End User events for generating project lead or pipeline. Develop, establish and execute short/long-term marketing plans, marketing support, goals, strategies, direction, and analysis, budget and financial planning, assessment. Plan and develop local marketing campaigns to best suited B2B channel and find creative approaches to differentiate from B2C and competitors. Plan and develop digital media strategy in accordance with the overall customer insight and related media touch point (YouTube, Facebook and other media) including innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing to increase brand awareness and drive new potential business opportunities and partnership. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results. Recommends solutions to improve those methods. Work collaboratively with cross function teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies: HQ and RHQ for product and marketing planning. CM team to update product information. Develop and execute GTM Plan for B2B dedicate product and solutions. Manage Marketing budget as company guideline. Technical Pre-Sales. Lead the technical pre-sales consulting team to work collaboratively with the sales team on the qualification of prospects in the area of solution fit and service delivery expectations. Act as the second level support to technical pre-sales team in delivery of various pre-sales activities including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings etc. Develop the technical guidance for technical pre-sales team to provide support to new and potential partners. Work collaboratively with solution partners to create new business. Work closely with RTAM and HQ SW team. B2B Operations. Lead B2B Operation team to work with project leads and cross-functional teams to understand current processes, define, analyze and infuse all aspects of the work with data-driven insights and measurement for B2B projects and business opportunity. Analyze trends and provide insightful reports, data-oriented recommendations to Business Leads and Management to aid in business decisions. Lead the team to analyze processes and data to identify gaps and areas of B2B channel / process improvement and translates needs into new initiatives and actionable items. Analyze tools and platforms utilized in B2B and develop the automate data collection, integration and analysis supporting B2B Leaders in business decision making. Lead operation team to manage SCM and sales order. Work collaboratively with CS to manage B2B customer satisfaction. Leadership Responsibilities. Manage PMO team under supervision. Develop organization and increase people capabilities. Be a mentor to team members, providing direction, advice and ensuring that their professional skills are continuously growing. Ability to build positive internal & external relationships to command all stakeholders & partners towards a common goal to grow the business. Being a strategic & collaborative position, effective execution of cross-functional & departmental is crucial. Skills and Qualifications. **Qualifications / Key Skills Required**: Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required. Background experiences in B2B marketing communication is preferable. Willing to travel upcountry & aboard. Requires excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independently. Resourcefulness in solving problems & well executed deliverables in support. Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Superior professionalism and judgment & Global perspective. Strong technical and analytic skills with attention to details. Ability to present data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner at all levels of the company.
