Senior R&d Process Development Manager

**Responsibilities**: - Overseeing process development and packaging. - Driving business growth by delivering commercially feasible, affordable, and sustainable Product Manufacturing Processes that deliver product specification requirements and are in compliance with market regulations and the companys Global Product Quality Standards. - Improving speed to market by flawlessly executing development and implementation of new Manufacturing Processes according to Design for Vertical Startup Principles and Methodologies to ensure the right first time with the minimum possible timeline and resource requirement. - Sustaining market competitiveness by optimizing product costs through continuous improvement and implementation of manufacturing process efficiency, capability, and capacity to deliver food Manufacturing process technologies and technical consultant necessary to support new product development projects and Technical troubleshooting associated with manufacturing processes. - Leading process development and packaging team. Take full ownership and ultimate accountability for all Process Development and packaging activities in Factories. - Building highly engaged, inclusive, and diverse teams, taking care of team members and developing Team Leadership and functional competencies, core skills, and building a future talent development pipeline. - Defining clear roles and responsibilities for individual Process engineers and managing team resources and budget. - Developing standard process development procedures and aligning ways of working with other Functions. - Leading end-to-end new product manufacturing process development activities, including but not limited to, developing and defining process design, key process parameter settings, and process specification for the development of new product recipes, new raw materials, new processing lines, and/or new equipment as well as development and/or deployment of new Global Processing Technologies in manufacturing sites. - Providing technical support on process efficiency, cost, and capacity improvement projects and technical assistance on troubleshooting for issues associated with product manufacturing process design and specification. - Supporting process line trials, line commissioning, validation and star up for new product and alternative raw material development, line efficiency improvement, cost saving, sustainability, and capital projects. - Representing the R&D process team in communication and meeting with the internal cross-functional team and suppliers on process design, specification, and other technical-related matters. - Ensuring all process designs and specifications consistently deliver products according to the product design specifications and in compliance with the companys global product and packaging quality standards and systems - Leading assigned strategic action plans based on Asia R&D FAB and EA process team strategy. - The job holder works regionally across the category and industry borders and networks with R&D Product, Process, CTI (Consumer Technology Insight), Q&FS and Packaging technology partners, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operation, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Commercial, and processing machine/ equipment vendors. - The job holder works with Asia RD Process team members in Thailand, other Asia countries, and global product and process GIC and with Thailand-based R&D organization members to improve team engagement through on-/off-site activities. - The job holder refers to the Global/Regional work process and/or framework when applicable, but at the same time, proposes new ways of work that are in line with the Five Principles. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or any related. - Team leader with intense passion, skills, and career aspirations in Team leader and people development - At least 10 years of working experience in Product Manufacturing Process development, preferably in Food Products with strong technical competency in various Food Processing Technologies such as Dry products and Retorted Wet Products
