Senior UX/UI Designer

**What youll be doing**: on our team you may be responsible for one or more products at the same time on a sky-rocketing growing company. From a scope that varies from Banking to Trading, we have high expectations about what level of expertise another Senior can bring to the team. We expect you to be a communicative person. Responsive and responsible. That you have an extraordinary sense of ownership and deadline commit-ability. Youll work very close to teams such Front and Back End and be directly involved with Track Owners, Product Owners, and other teams. You are creative, you know what UX is about, and you advocate on behalf of it, always pushing creativity within solutions and UI. **Qualifications**: - You are COMFORTABLE with English and its fine your interview will be in English. - Figma is your field: auto layout, organizational skills, and intense attention to detail. - Graduation in Design or comparable such highly demanding courses in the digital/graphic area. - Experience: no less than 5 years of proven experience. - Knowledge about how to work with Visual Guides & Design Systems. - Ability to smoothly hand off your work or to assume ongoing projects that challenge your way to adapt. - At least (and no less than) an intermediate ability to provide specs and redlines for your projects as a plus to Figma Inspect tab. - Standardization such as good and comprehensive naming conventions, flow readability, layers organization, etc. - Knowledge about responsive design so you know how to create components that fit any device. - At least intermediate ability to provide working prototypes. - UX Design: you KNOW that its now how its done, but WHY. You understand the concept of problem and hypothesis. - UI Design: you know how to read a requirement and make a design from it. You understand about wireframing. You design for any device and Figma has been your landlord for the past few years. You know how to make good usage of it and sometimes you enjoy some Auto Layouts witchcraft. **Other qualifications that make you above the curve**: - Great portfolio (or can accept a test). - You work fast and hardly miss a deadline. - You know HTML and CSS. - You have a background with Front End that helps you to make better decisions. - You worked as art director in the past. **Your life at Sirius**: here we value you as the most valuable asset any company can have.
