Sourcing Agent (Remote Luxury Sector)

Brand: Jackson & Lewis - Luxury Pet Leather Goods

Jackson & Lewis is a premium brand dedicated to creating luxury accessories for pets, crafted with the finest materials including Siamese crocodile leather and custom-made hardware.

As we continue to expand, we are currently looking for a Remote Sourcing Agent to support our founder directly in identifying suppliers, workshops, and materials across Asia (mainly Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam).

Your Missions:

- Source high-quality suppliers (exotic leathers, metal hardware, packaging, accessories, etc.)

- Contact crocodile farms (Crocodylus siamensis) and tanneries for leather sourcing

- Identify skilled artisans and subcontractors for specific product components

- Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities, timelines, and export conditions

- Summarize and report your findings weekly to the founder

- Be proactive in supporting the supply chain and brand development strategy

Required Skills:

- Strong online research and communication abilities

- Fluency in English, Thai, and French is mandatory

- Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, reliable

- Experience in sourcing or knowledge of the Asian luxury market is a strong advantage

- Passion for high-end craftsmanship and the pet industry is a plus
