Strategic Operation Associate (Online Partner

Setup directions, initiate strategies, and execution plans for driver acquisition in all verticals to maintain healthy supply and secure our drivers. Develop acquisition framework and driver onboarding journey to ensure sufficient driver supply adding and minimizing drop-off rate. Manage overall driver acquisition budget, to optimize spending by allocating budget among channels and campaigns. Develop acquisition campaigns, operation flows and incentives to attract potential leads and convert them to be drivers. Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring dashboard as well as analyze performance metrics for the full driver onboarding journey. Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making. **The must haves**: A minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in business related fields, tech startup, e-commerce and management consulting. Strong in both operational and analytical skills. Experienced in team management. Working knowledge of SQL is preferred. Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights. Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details. A start-up attitudes! - willing to work hard to get things done.
