**Background & Purpose of the Job** Join us in building a best-in-class talent pipeline to support Unilevers ambitious business goals. Based in Thailand, the Talent Advisor Lead for Unilever Thailand will lead the development, communication and execution of the resourcing strategy for their assigned function client groups. As a Talent Advisor Lead, your primary accountability is ownership of the resourcing strategy for your client groups in the Thailand, inclusive of both proactive & reactive recruitment and also lead TA Thailand team to achieve target of business as well. **Who You Are & What Youll Do** Lead your direct team and guide them through the intricacies of your client group and be your anchor to the business - Lead your functional team to recruitment excellence by resourcing accordingly and aligning to business needs! - Connect people with compatible jobs to align their purpose to our purpose, and help build teams that drive growth- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders**What Youll Need To Succeed** - Bachelor Degree is required - 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including external sourcing and in-house talent pipelining required. Consumer goods experience a plus- Experience using Applicant Tracking Solutions/Systems to manage both a process but effectively mine as a talent database such as LinkedIn, Workda - Impeccable business partnering skills - Demonstrated capability to design, create, and communicate strategic initiatives- Were looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic environment. You must able to work well on a large, fast paced team
