Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs? - Were looking for a Tech support analyst to: - provide desktop support and troubleshoot/fix issue related to desktop, networks and printer - participate in software of hardware projects rolled out to the location - respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. And able to handle issue in late night - collaborate with IT team to deliver IT solution to business - contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services - deal with local regulators (e.g. SET & SEC) for regular System IT audits, Technical Enhancements, Functional updates and various other regulatory requirements - maintain a knowledge database - define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements - collaborate effectively in a small team locally and with a diverse teams of colleagues regionally **Your team** - Youll be working in the APAC Emerging Market IT team in Thailand. As an IT Support Analyst, youll play an important role in Production stability and system enhancement projects, work with wider team to set standards, controls and best practices for production environment. Build and maintain the relationship with Thailand staff and global team. **Your expertise** - incentive to automate through scripting and tools such as JIRA, Splunk, GitHub & Python - good Knowledge of Securities Markets & Post-trade processing - ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking - confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences - Good English and Thai communication skills **About us** - UBS is the worlds largest and only truly global wealth manager.
