**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Bangkok (Head Office) Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Purina Petcare Full-time 5+ years of working experience in new product development /QA/R&D **A DAY IN A LIFE OF...** - Serve as liaison and coordinator with NPPC-NA in the development, scale up and implementation of new products using new &/or existing technologies. - Coordinate with the Thai-based manufactures, NPPC -NA technical and quality teams to improve the performance of existing products and processes. - In cooperation with NPPC-NA Technical and Quality team, the team member will help ensure product formulas compliance with appropriate ingredient, nutritional, regulatory, safety, and analytical requirements for NPPC-NA and NA-market. - Works closely with the NPPC-NA technical, quality to establish new product, packaging, ingredient, and process specifications. This includes assisting with the alignment of co-manufacturers documentation with NPPC-NA documentation. - Coordinates qualification of new ingredient and packaging materials and/or suppliers. This includes engaging with NPPC-NA Quality, Technical and Regulatory to ensure compliance with market requirements. This requires understanding raw material composition, husbandry and process practices that impact finished product. - Understands and effectively uses NPPC systems and tools to conduct technical assessments (or quality audits) for production facilities and raw material supply chain to ensure they meet NPPC-NA market requirements. This includes effective communication and dissemination of information, as well as assisting with corrective actions when required. **ARE YOU A FIT?** - Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurence or new product development - Good English and Thai communication skills. - Experience in managing external partners (Co-manufacturer) - Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision. - Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
