Ask our recruitment team if this is a hybrid role. **Want to be a part of our team?** The primary responsibility of the Senior Associate Solutions Architect is to consult with clients in less complex environments to create strategies, transformational designs and the architectural vision for less complex solutions that address the clients needs. They follow the assigned policies and procedures to assist with the implementation of the best design for information technology architectures and related solution architecture descriptions. **Key roles and responsibilities**: - Follows processes in the development of small-scale, less complex solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas. Contributes to projects related to software and systems design. - Participates with colleagues to understand client requirements, collect data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. - Continuously monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies. Creates relevant reports and technology roadmaps. - Works under guidance to design components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodology. - Manage proof of concept initiatives and create multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders. - Reviews, verifies, and improves own designs against specifications. - Assist with the definition of meta-architectural designs for low complexity or smaller solutions. - Assist with the development of new go-to-market services and share knowledge on relevant verticals. **Knowledge, skills, and attributes** - Knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, OSs and infrastructure designs - Good communication skills both verbal and written Knowledge of project management principles - Knowledge of reference architectures - Ability to maintain knowledge of trends and development in technology domains Client service orientation - Self-starter, proactive in approach **Academic qualifications and certifications**: - Qualification in Information Technology or Information Systems - Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) - SAFe Scaled Agile certification advantageous **Experience required**: - Basic experience working with stakeholders across a variety of levels internally and externally - Basic experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential - Basic work experience working as a Technical Architect in a particular technology domain would be advantageous but not essential - Basic project management experience - Basic client engagement and consulting experience coupled with some experience in client needs assessment and change management - Some experience in working in an agile development environment **What will make you a good fit for the role?** Standard career level descriptor for job level: - Develops professional experience - Applies policy and procedures to solve variety of issues - Problems are moderate in nature - Build productive internal and external working relationships - Receives general instructions on routine work - Receives detailed instructions on new work - Typically needs a Bachelors or equivalent and entry or basic level experience; or an advanced or equivalent degree without experience; or equivalent work experience **Equal opportunity employer** NTT is proud to be an equal opportunity employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
