Partnering with companies, we maximize the potential of their app with social experiences, to help them build their own communities, increase user engagement and retention, and grow their revenues. **Your day-to-day responsibilities**: - You will lead our full-stack engineer team of 15 with different experience levels., working hybrid-working (onsite 20%, remote 80%) in our Bangkok office - Responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring the team is delivering demonstrable value on every implementation project - Improve and close gaps in the E2E delivery process from design to implementation by collaborate closely with the sale/presale, core product, and delivery teams - Oversee budgeting for technology infrastructure and cloud computing before adoption - Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring, coaching, and giving timely, accurate feedback to employees for development purposes - Manage, innovate, and create new processes, automation, information security, and tooling that continuously improve our project delivery to be more efficient - Effectively communicate with all levels of management and across all functional areas regarding applicable IT priorities and project statuses - Proactively research and determine enterprise best practices in software design and integration solutions - Ability to analyze high complexity systems with technical skills and ability to recommend solutions - Ensuring software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility **Your ideal profile**: - Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields - Knowledge of Mobile Platform Architectures, Microservices, REST/JSON - Knowledge of AWS Cloud or related technologies - Extensive experience with at least one of the languages and frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.JS, Next.JS, Node.JS, Express.JS, Nest.JS) - Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and relational databases - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with waterfall / Agile methodology **Whats in it for you**: **Not ready to apply?** LI-NT1 #LI-HYBRID #D
