Technical Supervisor

**Industry**: Machinery/Heavy Machine, Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials), Manufacturing(Machinery), Manufacturing(Automotive) - ** Job Description**: - Raw material preparation - Supervise the inspection of the preparation of raw materials to be sufficient for production on a daily basis. - Quality control of raw materials (foam beads) for use in daily production Production process - Supervise the inspection and carry out the production according to the plan. - Collect data, study, analyze the output data from the machine in terms of the characteristics of the workpiece. and completeness of the work - Contact and coordinate with relevant departments to exchange product information - Receive information from the shift supervisor Report machine and production problems as well as solving problems according to the advice of supervisor Machinery - Control of the audit of the machine and maintenance to be ready for use Personnel - Control the allocation of enough manpower to produce - Organize a meeting within the working shift to inform the news, the results of the previous shift. Problems that arise and how to fix them - Giving advice, giving information, giving advice of each work segment - Focus on safety at work - Examine the operations to achieve the goals of the department and the company. - Examine and control the behavior of subordinates to comply with the Companys rules and regulations. - Distribute work to the shift supervisor, advise the shift supervisor, and give advice to the shift supervisor. Documentation - Prepare production report and daily problems - Preparation of documents according to the departments ISO 9001:2000 system - Arrange monthly meeting - Collect and present monthly Kaizen data. - Other works that assigned by the supervisor - ** Requirement**: - Bachelors degree in factory engineering, electrical, mechanical or other related fields. - Male only - Age 35 years and over - 5+ years of working experience in factory engineer - Have a license to control the boiler - Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 : 2015 environmental practices - Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 system - ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level - ** Other Language**: English - ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30 - ** Holiday**: - Weekends (Sat-Sun) - National Holidays - Sat, depending on calendar (Around 1 Sat/month) - ** Benefit**: - BONUS (Not fix / New set up 2018) - Provident fund 3% - Cost of living 2,100 THB (Fix) - Meal 900 THB (Fix) - ค่าความร้อน 40 THB / Day - Others; negotiable
