Provide assistance on wafer map and SE Probe issues. Qualification - Any 3-year course related to computer or information technology and administration - Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry. - Excellent customer service skills - Computer literate - Flexible, assertive, detail oriented and has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Can work under - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a team player. **Responsibilities**: - Worldwide administration and technical support of Ink map Generation System. - Ensure that hold lots due to wafer map issue shall be released within 24 hours. - Provide solution to manufacturing, subcon and assembly issues involving wafer maps and possible quality concern that IGS is flagging. - Qualifies old and new products to MaxVision Sort Manager. - Create setup maps in SE-PROBE. Ensure that the companys commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed. - Be aware of the companys quality and environmental policies
