Thai Speaker Ads Moderator - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Main Responsibilities**: - Review content and classify according to Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency; - Cooperate with other business related functions to complete the designated work; - Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale; - Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners; - Conduct general data entry tasks; - Become an expert on Ads policies and procedures **Qualifications**: - Fluent written and spoken Thai plus business level English. - Experience in an online moderation or trust and safety environment preferred but not required. - Experience working in a KPI or target driven environment preferred but not required. - Some experience working within an online or BPO environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary. - Confident working with a suite of online and offline IT software including Excel, Powerpoint and Excel. - Strong analytical and research skills; - Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail - Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines - Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends) **Salary**: ฿31,745.00 - ฿40,699.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have Bachelor Degree certificate in English? - When is your passport expiry date? - Are you willing to relocate to Malaysia? **Education**: - Bachelors Degree (required)
