Vender Performance Management (Supply chain) (SPX)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Fulfilment planning - working with business teams on middle-mile agent subcontractor requirements.
• Oversee communication process to subcon- Vendor performance management
• Set up/Oversee Vendor performance tracking process, enforce SLA and Penalty- Run mid-large scale project to increase vendor performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistic, Supply chain , Business Administration , Economics, or relevant fields 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistic, Sub-contractor management  or related field
• Strong communication skills and stakeholders management
• Proven leadership skills
• Proficiency in Google workspace
• Can do attitude and able to work in fast paced environment
• Fluent English communication skills
