Workshop Manager

**Requirements:Qualifications** - Thai Nationality, 38 - 45 years old - Bachelors degree related to Engineering field is preferred. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience managing a workshop department - At least 1 to 2 years of watchmaking experience - Excellent knowledge of and experience with mechanical watches is preferred. - Strong manageable skills is required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. - Excellent command in English (written and spoken) **Responsibilities:Reports to**: Technical Manager **Summary main mission**: The main role of the Workshop Manager is to manage the entire workshop to ensure an efficient functioning of the workshop. **Role**: - Management - Manage all the employees in his workshop. - Monitoring - Monitor the skills and performance of his team. - Organization - Manage / participate / support / motivate employees in operational activities and actions in order to maintain a dynamic of continuous improvement. - Development - Anticipate actions and projects for workshop development. - Communication - Inform - Motivate - Share - Federate
