Responsibilities:

1. Culture Strategy & Activation

  • Develop and refine the organization's culture strategy aligned with business direction.
  • Create and implement the Culture Roadmap, communication plan, and engagement activities.
  • Drive culture initiatives in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams.

2. Leadership Development & Competency

  • Design and implement Leadership Frameworks and capability development programs for all leadership levels.
  • Build learning journeys, upskilling/reskilling programs, and competency models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.

3. Career Development & Promotion

  • Establish career paths, career roadmaps, and individual development guidelines.
  • Design and manage promotion assessment processes.
  • Provide career development consultation to employees and work closely with managers.

4. Talent Management

  • Design and manage organizational Talent Programs.
  • Develop talent identification criteria, potential assessment, and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
  • Analyze talent insights and prepare reports to support strategic people decisions.

5. Succession Planning

  • Identify critical positions and design succession planning frameworks.
  • Develop Successor Development Plans and track progress regularly.
  • Prepare updates and insights for senior executives regarding succession pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HRD, Talent Management, Culture, or related HR functions.
  • Strong background in Leadership Development, Talent Program design, Career Frameworks, or Succession Planning.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Thai & English).
  • Proactive, structured, and capable of working with senior stakeholders.
