The Electrical and Control Engineer will manage the end-to-end delivery on electrical upgrades and controls and automation of large-scale capital project in GA B&W BU. Will drive the engineering masterplan for electrical systems and controls and automation aligned with the Unilever design teams. Main Responsibilities + Leads design and delivery of electrical, controls and automation projects in GA B&W, especially the large scale transformation projects, and ensures company standards are followed. + On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects adhering to Unilever standards and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority. + Provides technical expertise on electrical and control systems: SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, variable speed control, servo-motion control, etc. + Provides technical expertise in software modification and optimizing programming. + Participates in establishing BU-wide best practices and standards for electrical engineering and controls and automation. + Co-work with BU engineers such as packing, process, utility engineers on the equipment electrical and control system design and delivery. + Co-work with BG Engineering, site digital team and company IT team to build up the factory IOT network and digital system masterplan plan. Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification + BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree + 5 + years of Project Engineering in FMCG + Project Management experience with electrical / controls and automation systems Skill + Process and packaging electrical hardware knowledge + Software / PLC programming expert knowledge + OT network expert knowledge + Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced team-oriented environment + Proficiency in MS Office - Excel / Power Point and Word + Working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, Solid works, MS Project Note: Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from all walks of life!
