Main Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the key accounts. + Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, and new customers to capture growth opportunity in CPU + Be able to work with customer and customer partner as triangle way of working to ensure project delivery in timely + Collaborate with internal and technical teams (Chef, Marketing, CD, R&D and QA) to develop and implement customized product offerings and promotional activities. + Provide input on product development and analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges + Coordinate and facilitate communication between key accounts, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders Qualifications: + At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or client relationship management. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Experience with data analysis tools and sales automation platforms is a plus. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + High level of emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset. + Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. + Experience to take care of CP group especially CPF will be key benefits.
