Job Description** Account Admin ** **Responsibilities**: - Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying,classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data. - Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Maintaining Account Receivables files and record. - Reconcile any irregularities in receipts. - Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.- Updating and evaluating client accounts based on payment or contact information. - Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances. - Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries. - Producing weekly and monthly management reports. **Requirements**: - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply - Full-Time position(s) available. **Qualifications**: **Requirements**: - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply - Full-Time position(s) available.
