As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** The role is required to look after policy renewal for the assigned global accounts and business development operating for all non-life insurance products, coordinating with team leader and team members in solving problems, providing best services to the clients and maintain good relationship with controlling offices, clients, insurers and other departments of Aon Thailand. - To coordinate with controlling office for global program - To review coverage, terms of non-program policy to suit the clients business with the most competitive terms and premium - To offer new coverage for the clients consideration - To visit clients as required by controlling offices or when appropriate - To educate clients on insurance knowledge - To co-ordinate with claims department on claim settlement and update records for controlling office - To follow up the outstanding claims for renewal negotiation - To co-ordinate with Accounting Department to follow up the outstanding premium - To monitor minimum income earned from each client and follow up minimum fee/allocated fee from controlling office - To develop organic growth **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Bachelors Degree or Higher in related fields - 0-2 years of experience in Non-life insurance - Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints - Good command of English both written and spoken - Good in Microsoft Office especially Ms. excel and Ms. power point - Having Direct/Reinsurance Broker License is a plus **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
